We efficiently evaluate investment opportunities with the ability to self-perform or strategically partner with like-minded operators and investors to deliver purposeful, economically viable projects.

Our typical equity investment fairway ranges from $2 million to $5 million per project. However, we will consider investments under $1 million and over $20 million.

Our History

CamWesT was created over 33 years ago. For the first 10 years the company was focused on the Energy business in North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.

Over the last 20+ years multiple CamWesT Companies have been created with the predominant focus on land acquisition, real estate development, LP investments, and creative capital solutions throughout the capital stack. We maintain a focus to develop and manage assets under management, but continue to evaluate joint venture opportunities with like minded partners and sponsors targeting a 20% annual rates of returns with an opportunity to generate 10% cash-on-cash yields.
